GENERAL ORDERING INFO:
*Domestic buyers – Australia Post does not offer tracking numbers for items sent in letter post, but, all parcels sent within the country have a tracking number assigned to them. All orders sent via parcel post will have the tracking number emailed to you shortly after you get your “completed order” email, which goes out when your order is packed up and ready for dispatch.
*International buyers – All orders sent via registered parcel post will have the tracking number emailed to you shortly after you get your “completed order” email, which goes out when your order is packed up and ready for dispatch.
Postage costs for CDs and tapes are calculated on the weight and size of them WITHOUT cases to ensure that you get the cheapest postage rate possible. If you need cases for everything in your order, please email me for a quote on your order including cases and I’ll get back to you ASAP. 99% of the time, postage costs are cheaper when sending without cases!
Refunds for missing packages are only issued if it was clearly my fault (e.g. sent to a wrong address), and where possible I prefer to replace your order, covering the postage cost. In all other cases of missing packages, you will have to talk to your country’s postal service as once I’ve handed your package over to the post office, there is very little I can do.
In this time of worldwide chaos due to COVID19, there will be delays of up to a few weeks for domestic and up to 6-12 weeks for international orders.
All prices are in Australian dollars. I go to the post office once per week, so allow up to a week or so for your order to be posted. This whole thing is run by just one bloke, so please don’t ask if your order has been posted unless it has been two weeks since ordering and you have not got a delivery confirmation email.
*PayPal – if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card using PayPal without an account.
*PayID/bank transfer (Australian customers only and YOU MUST EMAIL AND PRE-ARRANGE BEFORE ORDERING!) – make your payment directly into my bank account via PayID. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in my account. If you cannot send money via PayID (all major Australian banks offer it), please email email@example.com.
All Terrible Mutilation releases purchased from the shop come with a 320k mp3 download! The download link is accessible both from your order confirmation email and “Downloads” section in your T.M. site account.
